For whole humans not roles.

Life doesn’t happen in parts. It happens as a whole.

Coaching with me is a space to explore living more fully, finding clarity and maybe even a little peace.

All while growing into the whole of who you are and becoming a bit more of a human-at-large.

what-why-how

Integral Development Coaching is an approach rather than a technique.

It has to be — so that I can meet you exactly as you are, in the life you’re living, when we meet.

Our work together is entirely bespoke, evolving as our relationship deepens. Nothing is left out. Everything is actively included. You may arrive with a particular topic — a challenge at work, a crossroads, a sense of restlessness — yet as we explore, that topic often opens to something wider: patterns of meaning, ways of being, parts of you waiting to be seen.

This is what “integral” means. Whole. Complete. Coaching that honours the many dimensions of who you are — body, mind, emotions, relationships, and the systems you move within. Rooted in developmental psychology, Integral Development Coaching recognises that growth doesn’t stop in childhood. Adults continue to evolve, especially when offered the right kind of company. That is what an integral coach provides: companionship, reflection, and guidance as you unfold into your next chapter.

Frameworks support the journey, not by changing you, but by illuminating what’s already present. They serve as searchlight, compass, and blanket — bringing clarity, direction, and comfort — while you remain the source of any real change. The approach helps you meet the world as it is, and yourself as you are, integrating insight with action so that life begins to feel more coherent, more lived-in, more yours.

Anyone can begin. Coaching is for whole humans, not roles. It’s for people navigating transitions, seeking clarity, longing to feel at ease in their own skin. Sessions can happen in conversation, outdoors while walking, or online from wherever you are. The form matters less than the willingness to show up as you.

Clients often notice subtle yet lasting shifts: more clarity, steadiness, self-compassion, and a capacity to respond rather than react. They find themselves more present in their relationships, more able to make aligned decisions, and more at peace with life as it unfolds.

You don’t need to prepare or know what to say. Just begin. A conversation to see what you’d like to bring, at your pace, without obligation. If you’re wondering whether this is for you, reach out. Then you’ll know.

Life doesn’t happen in parts. It happens as a whole. Coaching is a space to live more fully, find clarity, maybe even a little peace — while growing into the whole of who you are, becoming a bit more of a human-at-large.

What is Integral Development Coaching?

It’s a whole-person approach to coaching that includes everything you bring — thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, work, meaning. It’s called integral because nothing is left out. We explore what matters most to you, and together, discover new ways of being that bring clarity, ease, and fulfilment.

Many coaching styles focus on goals or behaviour change. Integral Development Coaching looks deeper — at the patterns, perspectives, and capacities shaping your life. We don’t just fix problems; we work to grow the person who faces them.

Anything that feels alive for you: a decision, a relationship, a sense of stuckness, a desire for peace, a question about what’s next. Life doesn’t happen in parts, so everything is welcome.

Not at all. Some clients arrive with a clear focus; others simply feel something is shifting or unsettled. We’ll begin wherever you are.

We talk. We reflect. Sometimes we pause, breathe, sense, or notice patterns together. You’ll gain insights and simple practices to explore between sessions. The work is conversational and deeply grounded. The sessions evolve over time as the relationship deepens and a coaching programme often has an arc that arises as we go.

Most sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes. Face to face sessions may be longer and it really depends on what is happening for you. You’ll usually feel something shift within the first few conversations. Many people work with me over several months to let insights deepen and take root. We move at your pace.

Online, in person, or outdoors as Walk & Talk sessions. Face to face sessions usually happen in the UK including Walk & Talk sessions but travelling is not out of the question. What matters most is presence — the quality of attention we bring.

No. Coaching is forward-looking and developmental. It’s about supporting growth rather than healing past trauma. If therapy feels more appropriate, I’ll happily guide you towards resources.

For whole humans, not roles. Anyone wanting to live more fully — whether you’re an executive, artist, parent, or simply someone longing for clarity and ease.

It is important that an exchange of value is part of any coaching relationship. This kind of work, for you and me, is about exactly that, exchange. It is not about extraction as so much is today. The energy contributed by each of us should match. To that end I adopt a sliding scale of pricing to help meet your needs financially as well as developmentally. We discuss what price feels like a exchange that values us both. Get in touch if you would like to know some details and starting points.

Start with a free chemistry call — a simple conversation to meet and explore what you’d like to bring. There’s no obligation to continue. You’ll know if it feels right. If you’d rather reach out by e-mail go ahead. Where we start is less important than where we go.
