one-to-one-coaching
Coaching begins with a conversation.
A meeting between two people willing to look closely at life.
One-to-One Coaching offers space to do just that: to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in the midst of everything else that’s happening.

what-why-how
Integral Development Coaching is not a formula. It’s an approach that meets you exactly where you are.
Together we explore what’s unfolding — the patterns, choices, and possibilities that shape your days — and discover new ways of being that feel more whole. You bring whatever matters most: a decision, a restlessness, a longing for change, or simply the wish to live with more peace.
This work is for whole humans, not roles. Executives, parents, artists, leaders, carers — all are welcome. Life doesn’t happen in parts, and coaching shouldn’t either. The conversation flows through whatever arises, often revealing connections that were hidden before.
Sessions take place online or in person. Some clients prefer the quiet of a room, virtual or actual; others choose to walk as we talk. However we meet, the essence is the same: deep listening, honest reflection, and a kind of attention that allows something new to appear. Frameworks support the process but never confine it. They act as a compass and mirror — gently orienting the work while honouring your own pace and direction.
Many people notice changes that are subtle but profound. A little more ease. A sense of clarity that wasn’t there before. Stronger relationships. The ability to respond rather than react. These shifts often ripple outward, touching every part of life. Coaching helps you integrate what you discover so it becomes lived, not just understood.
You don’t need to arrive with a fixed goal or a perfect story. Curiosity is enough. We begin with an initial chemistry call to meet and see if the fit feels right. From there, the rhythm of sessions unfolds naturally — sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly, always attuned to where you are in your journey.
Questions often arise: Is this therapy? Will it work for me? Coaching isn’t therapy, though it can be therapeutic. It’s forward-looking, developmental, and centred on your growing capacity to live fully as yourself.
You’ll know if it’s for you when we meet. Until then, all that’s needed is a willingness to begin — to step into conversation, and to discover what might be waiting when nothing is left out.

tailored-blend-coaching
A lot of my coaching takes place online, through video calls that fit naturally into your life wherever you are. The distance doesn’t seem to matter — presence translates well through the screen. When geography allows, we sometimes meet in person for a longer half-day session.
These moments bring depth and stillness to the work, grounding what has been unfolding in conversation. Over a three-to-six-month coaching journey, this blend of online and face-to-face sessions offers the best of both worlds: the continuity of regular connection and the richness of shared time in the same space.
walk-and-talk-coaching
Walk & talk coaching takes place outdoors, at living pace, where movement and conversation unfold together. Some journeys last a single day; others stretch across a season, with walks spaced weeks apart. For those drawn to deeper immersion, multi-day walks trace rivers, hills, and coastlines over several days, with evenings spent resting and reflecting.
In every form, walking side by side brings clarity and calm. The rhythm of the path loosens what’s held tight, opens new perspectives, and reconnects you with yourself and the world around you — one step, one conversation, one landscape at a time.

What is One-to-One Coaching?
It’s a series of guided conversations, tailored sources of inspiration and suggested practices, designed to help you see yourself and your life more clearly. Together we explore what’s happening, what’s shifting, and what’s possible — discovering new ways of being that bring greater ease and fulfilment.
How is this different from therapy or mentoring?
Coaching isn’t about fixing or advising. It’s a collaborative, forward-looking process that helps you develop awareness and capacity. We work with what’s present and alive for you, rather than analysing the past.
What can I bring to coaching?
Anything that matters: a transition, a challenge, a decision, a sense of restlessness, or simply the wish to live more fully. Nothing is too small or too big. Life doesn’t happen in parts — it all belongs here.
How long do people usually work with you?
Most clients work with me for three to six months. That allows time for real shifts to take root and new practices to become habits. Some continue longer as the work deepens or new questions arise.
Where and how do sessions take place?
Mostly online by video call, which allows flexibility wherever you are. If we’re close enough geographically, we can include one or two longer face-to-face sessions — usually half a day — during the programme.
How long is each session?
Typically between 60 and 90 minutes. Longer sessions are available if more space is needed for reflection or integration.
Do I need to prepare for sessions?
No formal preparation is required. Simply arrive as you are. Between sessions, you may be offered practices to try and you may notice themes or patterns arising naturally in daily life — these often become part of our next conversation.
What happens at the end of a coaching programme?
We integrate what’s been discovered, noticing how it shows up in your life. Some clients choose to pause there; others continue with periodic check-ins or seasonal reviews.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss remains confidential and handled with care. Your privacy is respected fully.
What kind of coaching is involved?
Integral development coaching. It’s a whole-person approach to coaching that includes everything you bring — thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, work, meaning. It’s called integral because nothing is left out. We explore what matters most to you, and together, discover new ways of being that bring clarity, ease, and fulfilment. Have a look here for more information.
How much does it cost?
It is important that an exchange of value is part of any coaching relationship. This kind of work, for you and me, is about exactly that, exchange. It is not about extraction as so much is today. The energy contributed by each of us should match. To that end I adopt a sliding scale of pricing to help meet your needs financially as well as developmentally. We discuss what price feels like a exchange that values us both. Get in touch if you would like to know some details and starting points.
How do I begin?
We start with a free chemistry call — a relaxed conversation to see if the fit feels right and what you’d like to bring. From there, we agree a rhythm and shape for the work that suits you.
