This piece describes the feeling of being surrounded by sound, noise and growing overwhelm that our lives often entail and the opportunity to actively choose silence through which we can find ourselves in the same life somehow changed. About the composer
Gavin Birchall started writing poetry in early 2022. He started writing music a long time before that and has rediscovered how great it feels recently. He has studied and worked as a pharmacist, entrepreneur, company builder, designer, web developer, marketer, photographer, writer, meditation guide and personal coach. He lives with his wife and teenage children in Preston, England.
